At Redwaves, we carefully select products from established manufacturers and want you to feel confident in the quality and support behind your purchase.
All Redwaves products are supplied with manufacturer warranty support. If you experience a problem with your product, please contact Redwaves directly — we will be your point of contact and will help you through the warranty process.

If Something Goes Wrong
You do not need to contact our overseas manufacturer yourself.

Include:
- Your name and order number
- The product and model
- A description of the problem
- Photographs or a short video showing the issue, where possible
We will review the information and work with the manufacturer where necessary to identify the appropriate solution.
Depending on the issue, this may involve troubleshooting, replacement components, repair support or another appropriate solution under the applicable warranty terms.
Please do not dismantle, attempt unauthorised repairs or return a product to the manufacturer without first contacting Redwaves, as unauthorised dismantling or repair is excluded under the manufacturer’s warranty.
What Is Not Covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty?
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover problems arising from:
- Improper use or storage
- Use in an unsuitable or abnormal environment
- Unauthorised dismantling, modification or repair
- Damage caused by events outside normal product use, such as fire, flood or other force majeure events
These are exclusions from the manufacturer’s warranty and do not remove any legal rights you may have against Redwaves as the retailer.
Your UK Consumer Rights
The manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.
Where you purchase as a UK consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires goods to be of satisfactory quality, fit for their usual purpose and as described. Those statutory rights cannot simply be excluded or restricted by a retailer’s terms. Legislation.gov.uk
If you believe your Redwaves product is faulty or does not conform to your contract, please contact us. Redwaves remains responsible for dealing with your statutory consumer rights as the retailer, irrespective of the separate manufacturer’s warranty.
