Months 1–3
The manufacturer covers repair or replacement costs at the factory. Depending on the issue, a replacement product or replacement components and instructions may be provided without charge.
Months 3–6
Replacement parts and repair instructions are provided without charge. If the product cannot be repaired, the manufacturer provides for a replacement unit at a 50% discount.
Months 6–12
Necessary replacement parts and manufacturer support are provided without charge, including video assistance where appropriate. Where replacement is required, the manufacturer’s warranty provides for a replacement unit at a 30% discount.
The manufacturer’s warranty period begins from the date the product is shipped by the manufacturer.
