These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Redwaves website. Please read them before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

Infiniteaj Ltd is not currently registered for VAT.
In these Terms, references to “Redwaves”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Infiniteaj Ltd trading as Redwaves.
References to “you” or “your” mean the person purchasing from us.
2. Our Products
Redwaves supplies red and near-infrared light therapy systems for home and professional wellness use.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
Product images are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in appearance, packaging or components may occur where these do not materially alter the product.
Nothing in these Terms limits your legal right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for their usual purpose and as described. Legislation.gov.uk
3. Health & Wellness Information
Information provided on the Redwaves website, including information relating to red light therapy, photobiomodulation, wavelengths, wellbeing, recovery or scientific research, is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
It is not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and our products should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication, have photosensitivity or have any concerns about whether red or near-infrared light therapy is appropriate for you, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use.
Always follow the instructions supplied with your product.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) unless stated otherwise.
Infiniteaj Ltd is not currently VAT registered and therefore does not currently charge UK VAT on its sales.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed or communicated before you complete your purchase.
We may change our prices from time to time. Changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting an order, we may contact you to give you the opportunity to purchase at the correct price or cancel the order.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product from us.
After receiving your order, we will send an order acknowledgement or confirmation by email.
A contract between you and Redwaves will be formed when we accept your order.
If we are unable to accept an order, for example because a product is unavailable or there has been an obvious error in price or product information, we will notify you and refund any payment already taken.
For online consumer sales, the checkout must also make clear when the customer is taking on an obligation to pay. Legislation.gov.uk
6. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Payments may be processed securely by a third-party payment provider.
Redwaves does not intend to store your full payment-card details.
7. Delivery
Some Redwaves products are specialist systems manufactured or prepared to order, and delivery times vary between products.
Some orders may be dispatched directly from our overseas manufacturing partner to your UK delivery address.
Your contract remains with Redwaves, regardless of whether a product is dispatched directly by our manufacturing partner.
Products dispatched directly from our manufacturing partner are currently supplied on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning customers should not normally be required to pay additional import duties or customs charges upon delivery.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you.
8. Cancellations & Change-of-Mind Returns
UK consumers purchasing online normally have statutory cancellation rights for qualifying purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The Regulations contain the rules governing the cancellation period, reimbursement and return of goods. Legislation.gov.uk

Please contact us before returning a product so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory cancellation rights.
9. Faulty or Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match what you ordered, please contact us at:

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and photographs or video where appropriate.
As the retailer, Redwaves will deal with your statutory consumer rights. UK consumer law provides that goods supplied to consumers must meet requirements including satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose where applicable, and conformity with their description. Legislation.gov.uk

10. Manufacturer Warranty
Redwaves products include manufacturer warranty support.
The RLPRO panel range is supplied with a 3-Year Manufacturer Warranty.
The TLB2000-K is supplied with a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty.
The manufacturer warranty is additional to your statutory rights and does not replace them.
Please see our separate Warranty page for full details.
If you experience a problem, please contact Redwaves rather than contacting or returning the product directly to the manufacturer.
11. Product Use
Products should be used in accordance with the instructions supplied with them and any safety guidance provided.
You are responsible for ensuring that the product is used appropriately and in accordance with those instructions.
For professional or commercial use, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the product is operated appropriately within their business and for complying with any legal or professional requirements applicable to their own activities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so.
12. Commercial Purchases
Some Redwaves products are suitable for both home and professional environments.
If you purchase a product wholly or mainly for business purposes, some consumer-specific rights may not apply to that purchase.
For larger commercial systems, including the RLPRO2000L and RLPRO2000L-B, we may contact you before accepting an order to confirm delivery arrangements, access requirements and other relevant details.
13. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Where you are purchasing as a consumer, these Terms do not restrict the rights and remedies provided to you by applicable consumer law.
14. Intellectual Property
The content of the Redwaves website, including Redwaves branding, written content, graphics and original images, is owned by or licensed to Infiniteaj Ltd unless otherwise stated.
It must not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.
15. Personal Information
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use and protect personal information, including information shared with service providers and fulfilment partners where necessary to process an order.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The Terms that apply to your purchase will be those applicable to your order at the time the contract is formed, subject to any changes subsequently agreed between you and us.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections provided by the law applicable where you live, and nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of those protections.
